Microblading
Deposits:
NON-REFUNDABLE $100 DEPOSIT
A $100 deposit is required in order to book your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your service. 72 hour notice is Needed to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event you no-show or cancel last minute, you will not get refunded. Our 72 hour reschedule/cancellation policy applies to All touch ups as well.
CANCELLATIONS:
Your appointment time is arranged just for you. Please consider other clients that are trying to book and my time. Make sure to call at least 72 hours before your appointment to cancel. If you do not cancel before the 72 hour time frame your deposit will not be refunded. To reschedule, you will need to contact us.
Tardiness:
We ask you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. If you are running a few minutes behind please give us a call. We understand there are unexpected situations and will address if we are able to accommodate you. after 20 minutes we cannot guarantee we will be able to take you. If we must cancel/reschedule your appointment due to being late, your deposit is non-refundable.
NO SHOWS:
All no shows will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit has to be paid if you want to make another appointment. If you fail to come a second time, we reserve the right to refuse all service.
Guests Policy:
The client is the only one allowed in the procedure room. All Other guests must wait in the waiting room during the service. Please plan this accordingly if you do have young kids that need to be attended to.
Before Booking:
Before booking please read throughly over all information on the "microblading" page on our website to insure you are a good candidate for the procedure. Online consultations are available before your appointment. Send over a picture of your eyebrows to abbystclair@audelabeauty.org and any questions you have. We will follow up no later than 2-3 business days after.
If you arrive to your appointment and realize one of the conditions listed applies to you and you are not able to move forward with the procedure, you will not be refunded your deposit. Learn more about microblading
Payments:
All payments are due the day of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and venmo. We do not accept checks.
Results:
Every client has different skin types, with that being said every result is different and heals differently. Successful results are not guaranteed and may need more work with more than just one session. This will be at an additional cost. Although we use high- end products and provide quality artistry, all results vary depending on different factors, All services are nonrefundable. Read more about the healing process and results
ALL OTHER SERVICES
Cancellations:
Your appointment time is arranged just for you. Please consider other clients that are trying to book and my time. Make sure to call at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. If you do not cancel before the 24 hour time frame you will be charged 50% of the service.
No Shows:
Failure to not show up for an appointment without providing 24 hours notice of cancellation or arriving 10 or more minutes late will result in the forfeiture of the entire appointment and will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Service return policy:
We do not give refunds on services rendered. Due to the nature of these services, please notify Au Delá Beauty within 2 days of service date with any problems and/or concerns regarding your service. We will gladly correct the problem, as refunds will not be given.
Sick/Coronavirus:
The level of concern surrounding the spread of coronavirus has continued. We are committed to the health of our employees, clients, and community. In order to maintain a healthy environment, we encourage that if you are sick or show any signs of these symptoms, Cold, fever, sore throat, cough, etc... to please give us a call and reschedule.
All clients within the salon must wear a mask unless the service requires you to have it off.
